KUKOYI & Associates was established in 1983 in Australia to provide accounting, taxation and auditing services. During the 1990s, the firm expanded its services to include Business
Development, Financial Management, company incorporation and native title services.

Over the years, the firm began exploring business & investment opportunities globally, with particular emphasis on the
untapped and vast human & natural resources in African countries. Kukoyi & Associates not only intend to play an innovative and active role in the social and economic
development of targeted African countries, but also nurture individual growth and the development of entrepreneurial spirit of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The firm operates in Nigeria, with the ability to aid and guide prospective foreign investors in the Nigerian (Africa’s most populous & largest economy) and other identified African markets.

One of our firm’s main focuses is to aid and facilitate business investment and entrepreneurial development in African countries by connecting overseas investors with appropriate local businesses to form strategic alliances and partnerships.
